By purchasing or downloading commercial Mageaustralia extensions, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
What we sell
Each commercial Mageaustralia extension is sold as one of two license tiers:
- Single-store license — use on one Maho installation, one website scope.
- Unlimited license — use on any number of Maho installations operated by you or your organisation.
License is perpetual: once purchased, the version you installed keeps working forever. Year-1 updates and email support are included. Year-2+ optional maintenance subscription at 30% of the headline license price per year provides continued updates and support.
What you can do
- Use the extension in production and staging environments under the licensed scope
- Modify the source for your own use
- Cancel year-2+ maintenance at any time and keep using the version you have
What you can't do
- Redistribute or resell the source code as part of your own product
- Share your composer authentication credentials publicly or with third parties outside the licensed organisation
- Use a single-store license on multiple Maho installations — purchase the unlimited tier instead
Open-source tiers
Many of our extensions ship a free OSS tier on GitHub under Apache 2.0. The OSS tier is governed by the Apache 2.0 license, not these terms. These commercial terms apply only to the commercial Pro tiers distributed via packages.mageaustralia.com.au.
Refunds
Money-back guarantee within 30 days of purchase if the extension does not work as documented. Email hello@mageaustralia.com.au with the issue and order ID. We may ask for a brief description so we can fix the bug for everyone.
Liability
Our extensions are tested against the current Maho release. We don't promise they are bug-free, secure against unknown vulnerabilities, or compatible with every other module in your stack. Total aggregate liability is capped at the price you paid for the license. Australian Consumer Law guarantees that cannot be excluded continue to apply.
Termination
We may revoke access to packages.mageaustralia.com.au if you breach these terms (e.g. publishing your auth credentials). Revocation does not affect already-installed versions of the extension.
Governing law
Victoria, Australia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Victorian courts.
